Games are usually held on Sunday’s however there may be the occasional night game through the season to be played on a Friday night. Players are to be at the ground ONE HOUR ahead of the start time. All players will need a mouthguard, shorts and socks.
Volunteers are essential to the smooth running of teams and the football club. We ask that all parents assist throughout the season. For more information, please see ‘The Role of Parents’.
Shorts and socks can be purchased directly from Keon Park Stars JFC once we have moved into the clubrooms for the season. Two pairs of shorts are required. Black shorts are to be worn at home matches with white shorts being worn in all away matches. Socks are also required to be purchased.
In 2019, a new reversible jumper was introduced with a main black guernsey on one side with the gold alternative guernsey on the other side for games against teams that KPSJFC clash with. Team Managers are responsible for providing a freshly laundered jumper each week for your child to wear on game day. We ask that these are not taken home. Team Mangers check off the jumpers at the end of each match to ensure no jumpers go missing. These jumpers will be sized up with players prior to the season commencing.
